Marla’s life is over. It has been for five years.

Being undead might have its perks, but it’s hard to appreciate life’s finer moments while she’s trapped in a dungeon.

Her vampire sire is also her captor, and he’s evil incarnate. What other explanation could there be for the sad excuse for entertainment in this hellhole? Only someone completely evil would trap an artist in a dungeon and only give her fingerpaints.

Freedom is the dream. Escape is the plan. But it’s not possible without help from the outside.

He’s furry. He meows. He holds the key in his sharp claws.

Welcome to the beginning of a new series (well, a connecting series, too) and a brand new Romance genre, Paranormal Chick Lit.  Come on, how cool is that?  We Paranormal lovers now also have our own unique Paranormal Rom-Com/Chick Lit… I love it!

Fangs and Familiars is a quick story, an introduction to the three main female characters and one magical cat (or maniacal, not sure just yet).  And if you loved the “Forbidden” series then we’re going back with a few additions of characters and such… but Forbidden always is and always will be… let’s just say unique.

Now, saying much more will give away stuff I shouldn’t be saying because it really is a short, intro to the coming series.  I had a blast, liked the main ladies, loathed the bad guys and I’m definitely intrigued as to what will happen next.  We don’t have to wait long because Billionaires and Bodybags is already out, and I’ll be diving into that soon.

If you love Paranormal, laughing at antics, a touch of romance, a touch of magic then you’ll want to check out not only Fangs and Familiars but this newish genre as well.

I own a Kindle edition of Fangs and Familiars.

Available for your favorite e-reader.
